Guera

Guera

Guera

Guera is extra special because she is both a senior dog and disabled. Guera is a distemper survivor and, as her name suggests, she is a warrior. Guera twitches, jerks and lurches constantly as a result of the distemper. She also has chronic eye infections and a distorted face. She may not be the most beautiful dog at the sanctuary, but she has a beautiful soul.

Oliver

Oliver is an adorable little guy who is also a distemper survivor. The distemper left him with a twitch in his legs and so, Oliver doesn’t walk, he dances. Oliver has a very sweet temperament and would be a loving companion for someone special.

Many of these dogs will be life-long residents at the sanctuary and will benefit from having a sponsor. Sponsors pay a monthly fee to cover the costs of food and veterinary care. Kiara

Kiara

Kiara

Kiara was rescued after being hit by a car and had to have one leg amputed. Having three legs doesn’t slow Kiara down much and she gets around like a four-legged dog. She is a bit shy but loves people. Kiara would love a family of her own. INFORMATION

Emilio

Emilio

Emilio

Emilio is sweet senior dog who wants to have a peaceful place to spend the rest of his days. It is a bit too frantic for him with all of the young dogs at the Sanctuary. He would love a quiet home where he could curl up at your feet.
