Patsy was abandoned in a closed lot with 4 other dogs. The neighbors gained entrance and all were removed to the Sanctuary. She took some time to relax into the environment where she has food, water, shelter and socialization. She is now ready for her forever home where she will keep her family safe as they will for her.
